The short version
Pick AttendUX if you want face-recognition attendance + automated payroll with transparent, published pricing — works for 5 or 5,000 employees across Egypt, the Gulf (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman), Iraq, and international markets. Pick Bayzat only if bundled health-insurance administration + direct UAE-bank salary rails are the primary reason you're evaluating — Bayzat built around those two categories first.
Pricing — AttendUX is roughly half the cost
AttendUX publishes pricing openly — see the pricing page for your region's exact rate. All features included at every tier — no add-ons, no "enterprise" tier that gates features behind a sales call.
Bayzat doesn't publish exact pricing. Based on public case studies and reviews, their HR + payroll module starts around $7-12/employee/month for the UAE market, with additional costs for insurance, benefits administration, and premium support. Minimum contracts typically annual.
For most teams of 50 or more, AttendUX ends up at roughly a third to a half of Bayzat's cost — before any enterprise minimums.
ZKTeco integration — native vs partnership
AttendUX was built in Egypt where ZKTeco devices dominate the HR hardware market. We support 20+ ZKTeco models natively via the ADMS Push protocol — just change a menu setting on the device and attendance starts flowing to the cloud in minutes.
Bayzat integrates biometric devices via partnerships (often third-party middleware). It works, but the setup is longer and issues route through the partner rather than Bayzat's own support team.
If you already own K40, MB360, F22, iClock, or SpeedFace devices, AttendUX saves you the integration headache.
Egypt-specific compliance — a sharper fit
Egyptian Labor Law 14/2025 (effective September 2025) changed overtime caps, end-of-service formulas, social-insurance brackets, and probation rules. AttendUX's payroll engine ships with these rules pre-configured — no manual override needed.
Bayzat supports Egyptian payroll but their compliance updates typically lag the UAE market where their core engineering focus lives. For businesses that are primarily Egyptian, this matters.
Where Bayzat wins — default insurance catalog + default UAE-bank rails
Bayzat's original product category was health-insurance administration — they ship with the deepest default catalog of any MENA HR vendor. AttendUX supports Egyptian health-insurance integrations natively and will build UAE insurance integrations on customer request, but Bayzat is the sharper pick if you need every regional insurer available out of the box.
Bayzat also ships default partnerships with Emirates NBD, Mashreq, and other UAE banks for direct salary rails. AttendUX supports UAE WPS export and salary files that any UAE bank accepts, but if direct banking rails are a hard day-one requirement, Bayzat wins there too.
