Online payslip portal — mobile and web, Arabic and English, 24-month history

No more paper payslips. No more "HR, can you send me last March's payslip?". AttendUX gives every employee a mobile payslip portal where they see every payslip from the last 24 months in Arabic or English, download any as PDF, and view the full breakdown — base salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, end-of-service accrual, salary advances. HR doesn't lift a finger after payroll runs; employees self-serve.

Why MENA employees love the AttendUX payslip portal

Built around how MENA teams actually manage this day-to-day.

Mobile + web access

View payslips on the iOS/Android app (live since October 2026) or on any browser. Same account, same payslips, same PDF downloads.

24-month history

Every payslip from the last 24 months stays available in-app. No more hunting through old emails or asking HR to re-send a payslip from 18 months ago for a visa application.

PDF download in your language

Every payslip downloadable as a branded PDF (company logo + colours). Choose language per payslip — Arabic for Arabic-speaking staff, English for expats. Both show the same numbers.

Full salary breakdown

See every line that goes into net pay: base salary, housing/transport/other allowances, overtime hours + rate, bonuses, deductions (loans, advances, social insurance, tax, other), end-of-service accrual. No black-box pay math.

Dual-currency for Iraq

Iraqi employees paid in mixed IQD + USD (common for IOC staff + management) see both currencies on the same payslip, with the exchange rate used for the period. No separate statements, no reconciliation.

Annual gross/net statement

Annual summary shows gross earnings, total deductions, net received for the calendar/fiscal year — useful for personal tax filings (Egypt, Iraq), visa/residency renewals (Gulf), and personal loan applications.

How the AttendUX payslip portal works

1

HR runs monthly payroll

Admin runs the payroll cycle in AttendUX — attendance pulled, overtime calculated, deductions applied, net pay computed per employee per country rules.

2

Payslips auto-generated

Every approved payslip auto-generates as a branded PDF (company logo + colors) in Arabic and English versions. Both show the same numbers.

3

Employee notification

Employee gets a push notification on the mobile app + an email (SMS optional). "Your payslip for [month] is ready — tap to view."

4

Employee views + downloads

Employee opens the Payslips tab → sees the latest at top + 24 months of history below. Tap any to view breakdown + download PDF. Share directly to WhatsApp if needed.

5

Audit trail

HR dashboard shows which employees have viewed/downloaded each payslip — useful for confirming delivery compliance (required in some jurisdictions).

Who benefits from the AttendUX payslip portal

  • Egyptian SMEs eliminating printed payslip sheets, paper signatures and the monthly "HR print queue" at the end of every pay cycle.
  • Gulf expat workforces who need payslips in English for personal banking, visa renewals, and home-country tax filings — English + Arabic versions show identical numbers.
  • Construction + hospitality blue-collar teams who never had reliable payslip delivery — now every worker sees their payslip directly in the mobile app, in their own language (Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog strings for check-in / Arabic+English for payslip body).
  • Iraqi businesses running mixed IQD + USD payroll for IOC staff and local management — one dual-currency payslip per employee replaces the old two-statement workaround.
  • Multi-branch retail + F&B chains where store staff change branches monthly — payslip history travels with the employee, not the paper file at one specific store.
  • Healthcare providers with nurses on rotating 12-hour shifts — rotation OT, night-shift premium, public-holiday rate all visible in the mobile breakdown.

What the payslip breakdown shows

  • Period (pay-cycle start → end)
  • Days worked, absent, on leave (annual/sick/unpaid)
  • Base salary + any proration for mid-month join/leave
  • Allowances line-by-line (housing, transport, mobile, meals, hardship, other)
  • Overtime: hours × rate (weekday 125% / weekend 150% / public-holiday 200% per country rules)
  • Bonuses (performance, Eid, 13th-month) when applicable
  • Deductions: social insurance (GOSI / NOSI / PIFSS / GRSIA / SPF), income tax, salary advance, loans, unpaid-leave deduction, other
  • End-of-service accrual for the period (shown so employees see it growing)
  • Net pay to bank account
  • Bank name + account (masked)
  • IQD + USD columns if applicable (Iraq dual-currency)

Frequently Asked Questions

How far back does the payslip history go?

24 months by default. Previous payslips before that can be archived to downloadable PDF per-employee bulk export and kept in storage, but only the rolling 24 months show in the mobile app by default.

Can employees share payslips to WhatsApp?

Yes. The mobile app has a "Share" button on every payslip — opens the system share sheet with WhatsApp, Gmail, Files, etc. Useful for forwarding to a bank or landlord for an application.

Does the payslip show in Arabic or English?

Both. Each payslip is generated in the employee's preferred language (set per user), but the employee can toggle any payslip to the other language and re-download. The numbers are always identical; only labels change.

Can HR correct a payslip after it's been issued?

Yes, with audit. HR opens the payslip in admin, applies correction, and system generates a new version. Original is archived, both versions remain in the audit trail. Employee gets a notification that the payslip was corrected.

Does the mobile app notify when a new payslip is ready?

Yes. Push notification on iOS + Android, plus email (optional SMS). Notification is in the employee's preferred language.

Is there WhatsApp payslip delivery?

Direct WhatsApp Business API delivery is on our 2026 roadmap, pending Meta app review approval. Currently: push + email + employee-triggered WhatsApp share from mobile app covers the use case.

Can I show a bonus or allowance only to specific employees?

Yes. Allowances and bonuses are per-employee — each line is visible only on that employee's own payslip. Nothing is public or cross-employee visible.
