HR reports and dashboards built for MENA operations

Pre-built library of the HR reports that MENA operations actually need — attendance by day/week/month, payroll register, overtime summary, leave balances, late/absence breakdowns, device-sync status, multi-branch rollups. Every report filters by date range, employee, department, branch, and exports to Excel, PDF or CSV. No custom-report-builder learning curve — the reports you need are already there.

What HR reports AttendUX gives you out of the box

Built around how MENA teams actually manage this day-to-day.

Attendance reports

Daily attendance (who checked in/out at what time + location), monthly attendance register, late-arrivals breakdown, early-departures breakdown, no-show/absence log. Filter by date range, employee, department, branch.

Payroll register

Monthly payroll register showing base salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, net pay — per employee or rolled up by department/branch. Includes mid-month-hire proration, end-of-service accrual, salary-advance deductions.

Overtime summary

Overtime hours per employee per period with breakdown by weekday/weekend/public-holiday rates, cost per department, max-overtime-cap compliance alerts per labor-law country rules.

Leave balance reports

Current annual/sick/maternity/unpaid leave balance per employee, upcoming leave calendar, pending leave requests, used-vs-remaining ratios. Shows accrual + usage over any date range.

Late / absence analytics

Top late-arrivals this month, chronic-absence employees, patterns by day-of-week, branch comparison. Helps spot schedule problems or supervision gaps early.

Device + sync status

Live status of every ZKTeco device — last heartbeat, pending scans, sync-queue depth. Mobile app install/version stats per employee. Spot a disconnected device before it causes payroll gaps.

How AttendUX HR reporting works

1

Open the report library

Admin → Reports menu lists every available report grouped by Attendance, Payroll, Leave, Overtime, Compliance, Device. Favourite the ones you run monthly.

2

Set filters

Pick date range (today / last 7 days / this month / custom), employee list, department, branch, shift type. All filters compose — e.g., "Riyadh branch, Operations department, last month".

3

Preview in-browser

Table view with sortable columns, inline pagination. Switch to chart view for time-series data (attendance trend, overtime by week). Drill into any row to see raw records.

4

Export

Export current filtered view to Excel (.xlsx), PDF (branded with company header), or CSV. Scheduled monthly email of key reports available for admins.

5

Multi-branch roll-up

For multi-branch customers: top-level dashboard shows cross-branch KPIs — headcount, attendance %, overtime cost, pending leave requests. Click any branch tile to drill into its own reports.

Who uses AttendUX HR reports

  • Egyptian SMEs running monthly payroll register + attendance register exports for the tax authority, labour office and internal approval chains.
  • Saudi + UAE operations managers watching overtime-cost trends per department to stay under Labor Law caps (e.g., UAE 2 hours/day max, Saudi 720 hours/year max).
  • Multi-branch Gulf retail + F&B chains with a top-level branch-rollup dashboard — see which branch has the highest absence rate or OT cost per revenue, drill into problem stores.
  • Iraqi IOC subcontractors running dual IQD/USD payroll reports per rotation crew, separating direct employees from contractor-supplied labour for cost allocation.
  • Hospitality + healthcare managers reviewing shift-completion reports, no-show patterns and chronic-late lists before weekly rota planning meetings.
  • Finance teams during audit pulling 12-month payroll registers, leave-balance liability snapshots, and end-of-service accrual summaries for the external auditor.

Frequently Asked Questions

What report formats can I export to?

Every AttendUX report exports to Excel (.xlsx), PDF (branded with your company header + logo), and CSV. Excel exports preserve filtering + sorting. PDF exports are print-ready and auditor-friendly. CSV is for BI-tool import (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).

Can I schedule reports to run automatically?

Yes. Admin users can subscribe to monthly email delivery of the key reports — payroll register, attendance summary, overtime summary — sent on the 1st of each month to a designated email list.

Can non-admins run reports?

Yes, with role-based scoping. HR Managers see reports for their assigned branches only. Department Managers see reports for their team only. Finance roles see payroll + EOS liability but not raw attendance. Employees see only their own data via the self-service app.

Does the dashboard update in real time?

Attendance data updates in real time — ZKTeco devices push scans within seconds, mobile face check-in syncs on connection. Payroll data updates when payroll is run (monthly or custom period). KPI rollups refresh every 5 minutes.

Can I build custom reports?

The current release ships with 30+ prebuilt reports covering the full HR lifecycle. We don't have a drag-drop custom-report builder yet — this is on the 2026 roadmap. In the meantime, CSV export + your BI tool handles bespoke reporting needs.
