Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using AttendUX services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AttendUX is a cloud-based SaaS platform that provides:

• Employee attendance and time tracking
• Payroll calculation and management
• Mobile applications for employee check-in/check-out
• Face recognition-based attendance
• GPS location tracking for mobile attendance
• Comprehensive HR reports and analytics
• ZKTeco biometric device integration

When you create an account with AttendUX, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

AttendUX operates on a subscription-based pricing model:

• Subscriptions are billed annually based on the number of employees
• Pricing follows a graduated tier model with volume discounts
• Payments are processed through secure third-party processors (Stripe)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance

You agree not to use AttendUX for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

All intellectual property rights in AttendUX, including software, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Progmine LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription period. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our platform.

You retain ownership of all data you input into AttendUX. We process your data solely to provide the services you have subscribed to. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Progmine LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the client area or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, or engage in activities that harm our service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
