At AttendUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our subscription plans.

Overview

We offer a fair and transparent refund policy. We understand that circumstances change, and we strive to be flexible. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of initial purchase if you have not extensively used the service
  • If a critical technical issue prevents you from using the service and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time
  • If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error
  • Pro-rated refund for downgrading your plan mid-subscription

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been actively used for more than 14 days
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Partial months of service after cancellation (you retain access until the end of your billing period)
  • Custom setup or integration services already delivered

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client area or by contacting our support team. After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Your data will be available for export for 90 days after the end of your subscription.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  • Send an email to info@progmine.com with subject "Refund Request"
  • Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for refund
  • Our team will review your request within 3 business days
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take 10-15 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
