The Jobs screen shows all your published and draft job postings. Each row summarises the position, branch, applicant count, and current status.

Public Careers Page

Every company gets a unique public careers page. Published jobs appear here automatically so candidates can browse and apply.

Your public careers URL follows this pattern:

The careers page automatically shows your company logo, published jobs, and an application form for each job.

Navigate to Jobs

Open the Jobs module from the side menu.

Copy the Careers URL

Click the "Careers Page" button at the top of the list to copy the public URL.

Share

Paste the URL on your website, social media, or send it directly to candidates.

Tip: You can embed the careers page URL on your company website so candidates always see the latest openings.

Managing Applicants

Click on any job posting to see its applicants. You can filter, review CVs, and change each applicant's status.

Applicant Status Workflow

Status Description
NewApplication just received, not yet reviewed.
ReviewedHR has viewed the application.
ShortlistedCandidate moved to the shortlist for further evaluation.
InterviewInterview has been scheduled or completed.
HiredCandidate accepted and hiring process started.
RejectedApplication declined.
ArchivedApplication stored for future reference.

Interview Scheduling

From the applicant detail view, you can schedule an interview by setting a date and time.

The applicant receives an email notification with the interview details. You can also add notes for your hiring team.

Example: Posting a Job

Your company needs a new Marketing Manager for the Alexandria branch. Here's how to post and manage the opening:

Create the Job

Go to Jobs → "+ New Job". Enter "Marketing Manager", select the Alexandria branch, Marketing department, and add a description and requirements.

Publish

Change the status to "Published". The job now appears on your public careers page.

Review Applicants

As applications come in, open each one, review the CV, and move promising candidates to "Shortlisted".

Schedule Interviews

For shortlisted candidates, set an interview date. The candidate receives an email notification automatically.
