Mission List

The Missions screen displays all submitted missions with their date, stops, status, and assigned employee.

Create Mission

To create a new mission, click the "Add" button and fill in the following fields:

Mission Stops

Each mission can have multiple stops. Each stop defines a location to visit:

Check-in TimeExpected arrival time at this stop
Check-out TimeExpected departure time from this stop
NotesAdditional notes or instructions for this stop
Tip: Stops are shown in order on the mobile app. Employees can check in/out at each stop using GPS.

Approval Workflow

Missions follow a standard approval process:

Mission Created

The manager or employee creates a mission with details and stops.

Manager Approves

The mission is reviewed and approved by the manager.

Employee Executes

The employee visits each stop and checks in/out via the mobile app.

Mobile Tracking

Employees use the mobile app to track their progress on approved missions:

View Mission

The employee opens the mission in the mobile app and sees the list of stops.

Check-in at Stop

At each location, the employee taps "Check In" and the app records the GPS coordinates and time.

Complete Mission

After visiting all stops, the mission is marked as completed with a full tracking log.

Tip: GPS coordinates are recorded at each check-in point for verification. The admin can view the route on a map.
