Bonus Types

AttendUX supports multiple bonus categories to fit different reward strategies.

Column Description

Performance Evaluation

Performance bonuses are calculated based on multiple attendance and evaluation criteria.

Criteria Description
Attendance RatePercentage of scheduled days the employee was present.
PunctualityPercentage of days the employee arrived on time.
Overtime HoursTotal extra hours worked beyond the regular schedule.
Manager EvaluationDirect manager's rating and feedback on performance.
Tip: Employees with 95%+ attendance and zero late arrivals automatically qualify for the highest bonus tier.

Recurring Bonuses

Set bonuses to repeat automatically on a defined schedule.

When a recurring schedule is configured, the system automatically creates the bonus at the start of each period.

Frequency Description
MonthlyBonus is applied every month (e.g., transportation allowance).
QuarterlyBonus is applied every 3 months (e.g., performance bonus).
AnnualBonus is applied once per year (e.g., Eid bonus, year-end bonus).
Tip: Recurring bonuses appear in the bonus list with a repeat icon. You can pause or cancel them at any time.

Example: Quarterly Performance Bonus

The company awards a quarterly bonus to employees with 95%+ attendance.

Set Up Recurring Bonus

HR creates a Performance bonus, sets amount to 500 EGP, frequency to Quarterly, and criteria to 95% attendance.

Quarter Ends

At the end of Q1, the system evaluates all employees' attendance rates.

Automatic Qualification

12 employees meet the 95% threshold. The system creates bonus entries for each.

Added to Payroll

The 500 EGP bonus is automatically added to each qualifying employee's next payroll.
