Bonus Types
AttendUX supports multiple bonus categories to fit different reward strategies.

Create Bonus
Fill in the bonus form to grant a new bonus to an employee.

Performance Evaluation
Performance bonuses are calculated based on multiple attendance and evaluation criteria.

| Punctuality | Percentage of days the employee arrived on time. |
| Overtime Hours | Total extra hours worked beyond the regular schedule. |

Recurring Bonuses
Set bonuses to repeat automatically on a defined schedule.
When a recurring schedule is configured, the system automatically creates the bonus at the start of each period.

Example: Quarterly Performance Bonus
Set Up Recurring Bonus
HR creates a Performance bonus, sets amount to 500 EGP, frequency to Quarterly, and criteria to 95% attendance.
Quarter Ends
At the end of Q1, the system evaluates all employees' attendance rates.
Automatic Qualification
12 employees meet the 95% threshold. The system creates bonus entries for each.
Added to Payroll
The 500 EGP bonus is automatically added to each qualifying employee's next payroll.
