Send push notifications and in-app announcements to all employees, a specific branch, or a department.
Overview
The Announcements module lets admins broadcast messages to employees instantly via push notifications on the mobile app.
Use announcements for company-wide notices, holiday reminders, policy changes, or urgent alerts.

Sending an Announcement
Click "+ New Announcement" and fill in the form below.

Target Audience Options
You can send an announcement to everyone or narrow it down to a specific branch or department.

| All Employees | Every employee across all branches receives the notification. |
| Specific Branch | Only employees in the selected branch receive the notification. |
| Specific Department | Only employees in the selected department receive the notification. |
How Push Notifications Work
Announcements are delivered as push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to the AttendUX mobile app.
Employees see the notification on their phone even if the app is closed. Tapping it opens the announcement detail inside the app.
Announcement History
All sent announcements are saved in the history list. You can view the title, date, target, and delivery status.
Click any announcement to see the full message and the list of employees who received it.
